By accessing or using LoopFrame ("the Service"), operated at loopframe.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LoopFrame is a browser-based stop motion animation and video editing studio. The Service allows users to capture frames, edit timelines, add audio, apply effects, export projects, and share work with the community. Some features may require a user account.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and must not impersonate any other person.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through LoopFrame, including frames, animations, audio, and projects ("User Content"). By publishing User Content to the community feed, you grant LoopFrame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service. You may remove your published content at any time, which will terminate this license.

LoopFrame does not review, approve, or endorse user-generated content and is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service without our permission.
